Spring is officially here! We rang in the start of the new season on March 20, all of us ready to bring in the sun and say good-bye to winter! One of the main parts of Spring is the Easter Season, a time of new life and love with family and friends. Although this time of being together and sharing family-favorite recipes may look differently this year – social distancing still plays a big part in our lives! - that still doesn’t mean you can’t make it special and exciting!

When you were young, growing up with your families and traditions, what was your favorite Spring dish which only came out once a year? Was it Grandma’s incredible sponge cake? Or your mom’s delicious casserole? Too many options to choose from? Don’t worry, we can’t choose between any of them either because they were all perfect and played big parts in making memories we carry with us today! Some of the best parts of getting ready for any holiday is seeing everyone come together in the kitchen to create master pieces and listening to stories you’ve heard a hundred times but still find them special and the laughter from family and friends. These are the best decorations and facets in any get-together as they are the ones who are most memorable.

Allowing them to help ice cookies, make the dough, even sharing advice of why we do steps specific ways helps them understand that everything is made with love.
